Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Qosmo Collect app ("Qosmo Collect"). By using Qosmo Collect, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Qosmo Collect is (and isn't)

Qosmo Collect is a hobby tool for collectors to catalog a personal collection and view estimated market values for informational purposes only. Qosmo Collect is not a financial, investment, brokerage, or money-management service. We do not provide financial advice, and value estimates are not offers, appraisals, or guarantees. You are solely responsible for decisions about your collection.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or your country's minimum age) to use Qosmo Collect.

3. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and cancellation

Qosmo Collect offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Collector and Publisher tiers, monthly or annual) through the App Store:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Tier prices and features are shown in the app before purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't break the law, access other users' data, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, upload harmful or infringing content, or resell access without permission.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the collection data you enter and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the app.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Qosmo Collect is provided "as is." Value estimates may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qosmo Collect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for decisions made based on information in the app.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
