Qosmo Collect ("Qosmo Collect," "we," "us") is an app for trading-card collectors to catalog their collection and view estimated market values. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details so you can sign in and sync your data across devices.
The cards, quantities, conditions, and notes you add. This is your content; we store it so the app works.
We may collect app usage and crash/diagnostic information to fix bugs and improve the app. [Remove if you don't collect this.]
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive or store your payment card details.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, or browsing activity, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
To provide and maintain the app (accounts, sync, value estimates), deliver the collector feed and subscribed features, respond to support requests, and improve Qosmo Collect. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with service providers that help us run the app, under agreements limiting their use of it: Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Apple (distribution and payment processing), and any diagnostics provider we use. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and Qosmo Collect.
We keep your data while your account is active. Request deletion anytime by emailing privacy@getqosmo.com or via Settings → Delete Account in the app. We delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data and to object to certain processing. Email privacy@getqosmo.com to exercise them.
Qosmo Collect is a general-audience hobby app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@getqosmo.com and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
